Three Free Sessions | 50 Minutes | Virtual Sessions
Our team is excited to do our part in dismantling the stigma on mental health in the Charlotte community. Exclusively offered to the parents of students at Charlotte Lab School, Elevate540 seeks to provide an opportunity to navigate life changes, relationship conflicts, anxiety, and more!
Participants will work with one of our pare-practitioners, who are trained and skilled psychotherapists in training.
Each session will last up to 50 minutes in length and will take place through our secure Telehealth system.

Program Overview
Program Launch: April 1
Program Ends: April 30
Each participant will be offered up to three sessions at no cost. Practitioners can work with you to identify continuous services if needed beyond the program.
Participants should currently present with one of the following:

Problems with adjusting to a new change

Feelings of anxiety or panic attacks

Personal or life stress
-
Relationship problems (family or spouse)

Fear
-
Life changes (job change, move, medical condition, etc.)

*Please note that we are an independent practice and are not employed by or paid by Charlotte Lab School. You must be a parent of caregiver of a student at Charlotte Lab School to Participate. Please note that no information shared with our practitioners will be share with any outside organization nor with the school. Our practitioners are bound by confidentiality.
